Are you our next franchisee?

Based on the successes of the Oil & Vinegar shops in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Vejle and Aalborg, Oil & Vinegar plan to open 6-8 new shops in Denmark within the next five years, and thereby being represented in all larger Danish cities.
All shops will be on a franchise basis, which in Denmark is controlled by a Master Franchiser located in Stilling by Skanderborg.

Is this for me?

As a franchisee you will be an independent businessman/woman, while at the same time you will be in close co-operation with the established company. When you become a franchisee you will use the existing concept, meaning that from the very beginning you will have a solid foundation for your business. As part of a larger business cooperation you will be far better equiped, than if you were on your own, and there is a far better possibility of running a business with a profit.

We have the ideas - you have the abilities to run the business. You are passionate about food and the concept as a whole. You value dialogue with the customers and you thrive in a dynamic environment, where new demands and possibilities are part of everyday life. Likewise, you are good at motivating people and you know what it takes.
If you find this appealing and interesting you might be the right person for the job.

You will from the beginning - and offcourse throughout your franchise-period - receive all the necessary help and support from the head office in Stilling. As an Oil & Vinegar franchisee you will receive frequent visits from the master franciser's support-team and marketing department, who will offer their help and advice in the running of your shop. Oil & Vinegar practice an open-door policy and we actively encourage as much dialogue and communication as possible to secure a beneficial co-operation.
